On March 11, 2024, Hempsana filed a Notice of Intention to make a Proposal under Section 50.4 of the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended (the "BIA"). B. Riley Farber Inc. (the "Proposal Trustee") accepted the appointment as Trustee in the Proposal of the Company.
The Company has reduced its operations in order to preserve cash during this process. However, the Company is still taking and fulfilling orders for its CBD, CBG, and THC bulk cannabis products that are in stock. Please contact the Company to get a full list of our available inventory for sale.
