Dutch Lighting Innovations introduces the Diode High Output Toplight as an extension to the already existing LED grow light series.
"The new generation of high output LED Toplight Fixtures from DLI delivers performance with a low power consumption of 518W and a light output of 1850 µmol. This results in an efficiency of 3.6 µmol / J. Compared to the traditional 1000W HPS light fixture, this means a reduction in power consumption of more than 50%", says Arjan Pauw with DLI.

"Due to the carefully positioned LED bars in a compact fixture, the Diode High Output Toplight fixture has good light distribution and an optimum passive cooling of the electronic components. This is combined with a relatively low weight, minimal light interception, maintenance-free housing and the use of high quality materials."
If you are considering the replacement of your current HPS fixtures, DLI offers two options:
- If you want to reduce power consumption, but on the other hand maintain the current light levels in the greenhouse, it is possible to replace one 1000W HPS fixture for one Diode High Output Toplight. This results in a significant power saving of more than 50%.
- However, in case a higher light level is required, it is also possible to choose for a replacement of one HPS 1000W with two Diode High Output Toplights. As a result, twice as much light can be generated with the same power consumption.
Advantages are the possibility to use the existing cabling and the easy installation of the LED fixtures using the specially designed brackets.
