Ing. Jorge Fenyvesi has decided to retire from his position as CEO of Nature Source Improved Plants, to transition to a new phase in his life. He will remain on the board of directors. Alfonso Romo Garza Lagüera has been elected as the new CEO.
Mr. Romo, a member of NSIP’s board of directors, became CEO on April 8. The company is sincerely appreciative of Mr. Fenyvesi’s excellent leadership and contributions to the formation and progress of NSIP. At the same time, NSIP is using this opportunity to streamline the administrative structure by creating the position of Chief Operating Officer.
Dr. Suresh Prabhakaran is assuming this role, in addition to leading the business development activities. This reorganization is driven by a clear, common strategic vision for the future of the company that enables efficient operation and focus on the current and long-term growth.
