FarmaceuticalRX has completed construction of its Ohio processing facility and received certification to commence operations as a medical cannabis processor from the Ohio Department of Commerce. The FarmaceuticalRX of Ohio medical marijuana processing business is co-located with the Company's Level 1 25,000 sq. ft. cultivation facility that is currently under construction in East Liverpool, Ohio. FARMACEUTICALRX of Ohio also operates its FRX Health dispensary in East Liverpool, Ohio.
