Roto-Gro has partnered with CannAcubed to enter into a prospective cannabis cultivation project in Thailand. This partnership will serve as a stepping stone to RotoGro's anticipated entry into Thailand's cannabis market.
CannAcubed has executed an agreement in Thailand specific to the rollout of a commercial-scale cannabis cultivation facility as it looks to develop CBD infused beverages, as well as a Biotech Cannabis Cancer Treatment Hub in Thailand. CannAcubed has tapped RotoGro as a state-of-the-art technology partner with whom it looks to penetrate the region. RotoGro and CannAcubed will work jointly to progress this existing project, promoting and introducing RotoGro's technology as the solution for the indoor cultivation of high-quality cannabis products in Thailand. RotoGro and CannAcubed will also look to joint implement operational strategies on the ground to make a significant impact.
Michael Di Tommaso, CEO of RotoGro, states, "RotoGro continues to secure partnerships for highly prospective indoor vertical farming projects globally based on the relationships it secured throughout 2021. Our partnership with CannAcubed is a great stepping stone into Thailand and opens doors to other potential projects throughout the region. We look to work diligently with CannAcubed to secure lawful cannabis technology projects throughout Thailand, building upon the company's other global projects throughout 2022."
Glenn Davies, CEO of CannAcubed, states, "We are thrilled to be partnering with RotoGro as we enter the licensed Thailand cannabis sector. We have some big plans for Thailand where we will provide a fully integrated cannabis solution for our Thai partners, which includes RotoGro's advanced indoor vertical farming technology."
