Aqualitas Inc. recalls one lot of dried cannabis pre-rolls sold as Green Harvest Organics Islander CBD and Reef Organic CBD Chill Pack (Charlotte's Angel).
Issue
This recall involves one lot of Aqualitas Inc.'s dried cannabis pre-rolls sold under two different brand names. Green Harvest Organics Islander CBD was sold through authorized retailers in Prince Edward Island, and Reef Organic CBD Chill Pack (Charlotte's Angel) was sold through authorized retailers in Nova Scotia.
Hazard identified
The product labels have incorrect cannabinoid values, where the THC, total THC, and CBD labeled values are lower than the actual values, and the total CBD labeled value is higher than the actual value.
To date, Aqualitas Inc. and Health Canada have not received any complaints related to the recalled lot. Aqualitas Inc. has received two adverse reaction reports related to the product Reef Organics CBD Chill Pack, and Health Canada has not received any adverse reaction reports for the recalled lot.
Number sold
632 units of the recalled product were sold.
Time period sold
The recalled product was sold from December 31, 2021, to May 10, 2022.
