Innovation in hydroponics continues to advance, and Hydroponic Systems presents its latest solution for more efficient and sustainable production: the HS Premium Elevated. This drainage collection system has been designed to maximize crop yields, improve working conditions and ensure root health in greenhouses around the world.
A system adaptable to any greenhouse
One of the features of the HS Premium Elevated is its versatility of installation. It adapts to any greenhouse structure thanks to its two modalities, hanging from the ceiling, allowing maximum use of the available space, and elevated on adjustable supports, to adjust to different heights and facilitate cultivation and harvesting tasks.
The HS Premium Elevated incorporates the Spacer Premium, a patented product that has been tested in thousands of greenhouses all over the world since 2014. This technology elevates the substrate bags, promoting efficient drainage, preventing root contact with wastewater and significantly reducing the risk of root diseases.

More light for optimal growth
Another feature of the HS Premium Elevated is its ability to maximize light inside the greenhouse. Its inverted U-shaped design allows light to reach the top of the plants and the sides of the gutter, benefiting both: the plant and the roots. This results in more balanced growth and more efficient nutrient absorption.
In addition to these features, there is also the Spacer. Firstly, greater oxygenation of the roots thanks to the elevation of the substrate bags, which in no case touch any surface. In addition, the grower will obtain controlled drainage so that he can disinfect and reuse it if he wishes.
This system has recently been installed in a 15-hectare greenhouse in south-eastern Spain, where it is showing an overwhelming yield capacity: Cherry tomato plants have grown very fast thanks to the high luminosity of the greenhouse and the capabilities of the HS Premium Elevated Spacer and gutter system. In this case, the system was installed suspended from the ceiling.
