US: Cooperative to host strategic meeting for Emerald Triangle farmers

Imagine the Emerald Triangle craft cannabis supply chain joining forces to build something so strong and so connected, that our products resist corporate consolidation and successfully capitalize on our worldwide reputation. What would that look like?

This vision is at the heart of the upcoming Cooperative Agriculture Network (CAN) Strategic Doing Convening, taking place on March 29, 2025, the day after the Cal Poly Humboldt Cannabis and Environmental Stewardship Symposium.

This half-day, in-person event will bring together farmers, advocates, and leaders in cannabis and food production to collaboratively develop actionable solutions to the challenges and opportunities facing the Emerald Triangle's agricultural community.

Made possible by the support of the Cal Poly Humboldt Cannabis Studies Program and the Resource Legacy Fund, the event is free and open to the public. Key participants include members of the Humboldt County Growers Alliance, North Coast Growers Association, cannabis distributors, farmers, retailers, cooperatives, tourism professionals, and union representatives.
