US: Planet 13 grants RSU's to employees

Planet 13 Holdings has granted Restricted Stock Units to certain of its officers, directors and employees.

Pursuant to the terms of the Company's 2023 Equity Compensation Plan that was previously approved by shareholders, a total of 9,500,000 RSUs were awarded to officers, directors, and employees. All RSUs will vest in three equal tranches, on grant, May 16, 2026, and May 16, 2027, unless otherwise varied pursuant to the terms of the Plan.
