Roto-Gro begins delivery of hydroponic cannabis system

Roto-Gro has completed the initial delivery of its order from EuroAg Corporation for the supply of 240 Roto-Gro Units over a 12 month period.

The fully-automated Roto-Gro rotary hydroponic system (a method of growing plants without soil) can be used to produce high-quality medical cannabis at a competitive cost.

The delivery of the Roto-Gro units to EuroAg is the result of an up-scaled manufacturing schedule.

In addition, the company is currently delivering several Roto-Gro units to other customers’ testing facilities in the emerging medical cannabis and vertical farming markets.

Following the fulfilment of all current orders, the company will continue to increase the production of Roto-Gro units to enable a substantial number of completed units to be held in inventory.

Roto-Gro is also discussing with universities and research institutions throughout North America and Australia to conduct efficacy studies and trials for the purpose of generating data for customers.

The Roto-Gro System was designed and manufactured in Canada in late 2006 and has undergone continuous improvement since that date.

Between 2007 and 2012, about 600 units have been sold worldwide by Canadian distributor NutriLife Products.
