Mr. Ramsey was the founder and former CEO of Agrisoft Development Group LLC., a regulatory compliance software provider to the licit cannabis industry. Mr. Ramsey is a seasoned entrepreneur, starting several successful health care and IT service companies, who previously managed sales and marketing efforts for Fortune 500 companies.
