A robust and flexible design
Compared with Euronova and Alkupro, Alcomij’s previous systems, the Optinova is stronger and more flexible. "Because of its robust design, the Optinova can be used anywhere in the world and can keep up with the current market demands within the horticulture sector. Its diversity is shown by the wide range of options, such as combining different roof bar heights (for optimal light transmission) and ridge joints (to withstand greater forces) in a single greenhouse roof, supplemented with a range of ventilation window options. These enable greenhouse builders to assemble the ideal production greenhouse for their customers."
Water and airtight construction
The Optinova guarantees safe, practical and simple installation. The optimised installation method in which the bar forms a tight connection with the gutter in combination with the glass being framed on four sides in PVC, contributes to building a water and airtight construction in a short period of time.
If clients already have a Euronova or Alkupro greenhouse roof system and expansion is required, thanks to the extensive and optimised profile package of the Optinova they can easily, and in accordance with the current greenhouse building standard, make a perfect and durable connection with the existing greenhouse.
Alcomij will present the Optinova at GreenTech Amsterdam, to be held from 11-13 June 2019 at the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre.
