One person was injured in an industrial fire Thursday afternoon at a hemp processing facility in Springfield, firefighters said. Battalion Chief Jeff Kronser said one person was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
He said the facility's sprinkler systems were able to keep the flames from growing.
The fire brigade stated that no one else reported injuries and that they were able to leave the building harmlessly.
