Today, a letter of intent (LOI) has been signed for the creation of Jupiter Seed Bulgaria, a company focused on the development of new varieties of hemp with high CBD content.
Canapar Corp, Jupiter Seed Oregon, and Eco Plant Europe are some of the founders of this newly formed company, and also some Bulgarian entrepreneurs with commercial interest in the US hemp sector.
"We believe that this joint venture will contribute to the growth and success of the hemp industry," Sergio Martines, Canapar Corp CEO, said. "The seed genetic improvement will allow us to keep the THC content within the limits outlined by regulations, and, at the same time, will allow us to have seeds that better align with the demand of the extraction sector."
