On March 1, 2020, Codema welcomed two new Account managers and a new Commercial Representative APAC. Martijn Egberts is the new Account manager Software, Remco Meewisse is appointed as Account manager Water solutions and Amanda Liu is Commercial Representative APAC.
Martijn Egberts is 34 years young and has been working at Data Design System as an Account Manager CAD-Software. He chooses to work for Codema because of the open culture and the unique application process. Martijn: “Codema looks at personality instead of CV. I had a warm welcome by the new colleagues and now it is time to start the new software adventure at Codema. I consider the horticultural business as a very interesting industry."
Remco Meewisse is 33 years young. He gained experience in the horticultural industry at Voshol. Remco will take the position of Account Manager Water management. Remco explains his decision to work for Codema: ‘’Codema offers the full package to clients and operates internationally. I consider Codema as an innovative company in a dynamic industry, that offers a lot of growth opportunities.
Amanda Liu is Codema’s new Commercial Representative with a focus on APAC countries. She is based at the Head Office in Bergschenhoek. She supports Account Manager Jelmer Huizing and helps to increase the work efficiency in Asian Pacific projects. Amanda: ‘’Both Codema and I care about sustainable developments in business and people, so we are a good fit. I knew the Codema team in Asia and I had a good impression of their passion and ambitions. Codema does good business in Asia and I’m glad I can work for such an ambitious and innovative company’’.
