The Grand Opening of the new building took place at PB Tec on Saturday 7 March. Employees, customers, partners and family were present to celebrate the growth of PB tec. The opening of PB tec was celebrated with approximately 350 (international) guests.
The evening was opened by the brothers Koen and Paul Brabander; Paul took the guests back in time: from 1987 to 2020. From the grinding of skis in an old garden shed to the high-tech new building in Maasdijk, with three international locations. Built for the future.
The PB Tec production hall was for one evening transformed into a great event location. A performance by the Chef’ Special band made the evening complete; with a newly released album, the guests of PB Tec were some of the first to hear the songs from the album live.
PB Tec has been located in the prominent building on the A20 in Maasdijk since September 2019. Here they have the possibility to double their capacity within five years.
PB Tec develops innovative and advanced horticultural solutions in the fields of electrical engineering, lighting, water technology and automation. Complete solutions that contribute to high-quality water purification and food supply, close to people. Because of the growth that the company is experiencing, there is room for new people on the team.
Koen Brabander: “Efficiency and sustainability in food production are becoming increasingly important, especially in greenhouse horticulture. Together, our employees, suppliers, customers and partners, we can make a contribution. At the moment we are actively recruiting new colleagues. We are looking for good technicians."
