Verano365 is releasing a new product for greenhouse, nursery and hydroponic growers, which intends to improve the plants root system development.
The product is Nutrivix Zn | CU, a liquid micronutrient comprised of zinc, copper and OpusMAX, on which all Verano formulations are based. This base enhances the capabilities of the ingredient it's blended with.
Nutrifix was tested for efficacy on a range of crops from ornamentals to vegetables. In petunias, the root mass increased by 118.6 percent. In geranium cuttings, trials showed that the treatment increased the roots per cutting by over two times.
David Coorts, Technical Director: "The root systems are the key to long-term healthy harvests, and we knew that the combination of zinc and copper could activate physiological responses in the plant to reduce stress and build out a solid root system."
