The entrepreneur Andreas Gosch does not do things by halves. 18 months ago, the current managing director and project manager set himself a big goal: to build the most modern cannabis indoor production in Central Europe. Maximum efficiency, first-class flower quality and highest yields should be the trademarks of Swiss-based Metamount Schweiz AG. From architect to cannabis grower
For Andreas Gosch, the entry into cannabis production was new territory. As an architect with more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, his approach to work with transparent, reliable, and competent partners led to the successful implementation of his vision. An overall solution should be realized, which ensures a quantitatively and qualitatively high flower yield, makes up for the investments made and leads the young company into the profit zone. Special attention was paid to the smart control of air humidity and the ambient temperature. “The illumination systems of the PQ6 and PQ4 series, which have proven themselves in cannabis production many times, were integrated into the multilevel system,” Christian further explains. “Due to the modular concept of the series, the luminaires can be integrated into the shelf system and wired cleanly. The special radiation characteristics of the PQ series guarantee a maximum and loss-free light penetration into the culture to reach deeper lying leaves and flowers. The result: Cannabis flowers of the highest quality with convincing yields can be reliably produced on two levels. After commissioning, all process parameters are optimized and unique selling points are developed in close cooperation. Thus based on the latest findings from SANlight Research. In a 2nd expansion stage, the implementation of a dimmable solution is planned.”
