Her enthusiasm to learn and share in her craft, mentoring many cultivation supervisors along the way with constant grace and generosity is what makes her a stand-out Master Grower. Karissa has a background in organic farming, project management and marketing media studies from Western University and Centennial College, as well as a post-graduate certificate in Cannabis Production Management.
A protégé of WeedMD’s Head of Cultivation Curtis Wallace, together they manage the day-to-day activities pertaining to the company’s cultivation and processing strategies.
