The Alma city commission has given provisional approval for the city's second medical cannabis grow operation.

The move will allow Bayside Cultivators, LLC, owned by Justin Luneack of St. Louis, 18 months to complete the remaining city and state requirements to receive a certificate of occupancy and open the facility, which will be located in a portion of the former Oxford Automotive Co. plant at 1325 E.
