Canopy Growth is set to acquire The Supreme Cannabis Company in a transaction valued at $435 million.
Following completion of the acquisition, Canopy will possess a brand portfolio including 7ACRES.
Other than a bigger brand portfolio, such an acquisition will grant Canopy the Supreme's hybrid greenhouse cultivation facility located in Kincardine, Ontario.
