CAN (ON): Supreme Cannabis obtains court order approving arrangement with Canopy Growth

The Supreme Cannabis Company has been granted the final court order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice approving the plan of arrangement with Canopy Growth Corporation, which is going to acquire the Canadian Licenced Producer in a transaction valued at $435 million.  

Assuming the satisfaction of all conditions, closing of the Arrangement is expected to occur on or about June 22, 2021.
