The property also has about 20 acres of excess land for potential greenhouse expansion.
The property is located in O’Neill, the seat of Holt County, one of Nebraska’s largest counties. The site is located on the west side of North Harrison Street, one of the main arterials in the City of O’Neill. The site enjoys excellent access to both highways and rail which provide access to the interstate highway network and BNSF rail network which provides rail connection across North America. The Property is located several minutes away from O’Neill Municipal Airport, within an established light industrial zone.
