CAN (SK): Saskatchewan-based grower makes their way into the Ontario market

With all three prairie-provinces covered, BOLD Growth is now bringing its high-quality craft cannabis to the Ontario market. Entering Canada’s largest recreational cannabis market with over 600 retailers represents a major step for the Saskatchewan-born producer.
Over the past year, BOLD has been perfecting its core strains and making significant inroads with retailers across the prairies. Now BOLD will be sold through the OCS and distributed to retailers throughout Ontario.

“Ontario is another province that we are proud to have our premium products in. Working with the OCS has been great. It’s another step closer to establishing BOLD products across Canada,” says Andrew Condin, CEO of BOLD.

The initial launch in Ontario will feature two of BOLD’s core strains. The first is The Vision, a sativa-dominant hybrid that combines Lemon G and Do-Si-Dos. The second is B. Banner, another sativa-dominant hybrid with the lineage of OG Kush and Strawberry Diesel. Both of these popular strains contain 20% THC or higher.

“We’re really excited to share our unique strains with the Ontario cannabis community and be part of this growing market.” says Shayne Arnold, BOLD’s VP of Sales and Marketing. He adds, “Being able to bring our accessible craft cannabis to the people of Ontario is big for us.”

With product now sold throughout the prairies and Ontario, BOLD has its sights set on expanding to more provinces in the coming year.
