Now that Germany is close to legalizing cannabis, it is no wonder companies are preparing for this newly emerging market. One of them is SynBiotic SE, a European hemp and cannabis group. In order to strengthen its position on the soon to be opened German market, it has merged with Daniel Kruse's group of companies. SynBiotic SE has acquired 50.1% of the group valued at €11.2 million. Through this merger, Hanf Farm GmbH, the largest organic hemp farm in Europe, Hempro International GmbH, the largest hemp food distributor in Central Europe, Hempt Factory GmbH, the largest hemp food producer in Central Europe, and MH medical hemp GmbH, a CBD wholesaler with THC BtM approval, will join the German cannabis group.
Daniel Kruse has been an entrepreneur in the hemp food industry for over 25 years, with a focus on cannabinoids such as CBD. He is also President of the European Industrial Hemp Association (EIHA). His cooperation with international experts as well as with the advisory committee of the EIHA combines his well-founded know-how from practice and science in the hemp and food industry. Kruse advocates on behalf of hemp industry stakeholders before the European Union and the German government. With his work, he has made a significant contribution to advancing the legal and regulatory framework for the hemp industry.
