"Up to 60% more terpenes with full (sun)light spectrum"

We already knew that the power of the sun is enormous but the sun is also responsible for the increase in the quality of medicinal cannabis. For centuries, the sun has made life possible on this planet and has given the plants the light and heat they need. In that sense, Firefly explains that their newest LED grow light panel fixture imitates the sun, which increases the quality of the medicinal cannabis significantly.

Full (sun)light spectrum
Based in the Netherlands, Firefly Growlight distributes products to growers worldwide. They offer a high-power, 600W LED fixture with a real (sun)light spectrum. "This spectrum comes from just one LED-chip. No more blue, white, yellow and/or red chips, but the full spectrum from one chip which provides an evenly spread light over your plants. The spectrum of the Firefly goes from 380-780nm and contains a touch of UV-A as well."

High quality
The full (sun)light spectrum was trialed by a professional CBD grower in Switzerland. Silver Haze CBD phenotype was grown, 2 weeks of vegetative phase and 8 weeks of generative phase. The harvest was sent to Fundacion CANNA (an independent, not-for-profit research laboratory). The results showed that the plants grown under the imitated sunlight contained almost 15% more CBD and 60% more terpenes than the same plants grown under another high-end LED grow light at the same time in the same room.

"Not only does the Firefly LED offer a unique true (sun)light spectrum but it is also modular. Out of the box, it’s possible to change the setup of the plug and play fixture to cater different surfaces/distances to canopy etc. For professional growers, Firefly can provide a custom-made set-up based on tailored light plans."
