"Bringing multi-spectrum lighting to a whole new level with the Dio-Tech LED range"

ControlLed has released the Dio-Tech 830 range of horticultural lighting. The lights feature 2.9uM efficiency, which is independently tested by Venture Lighting UK. They also have increased red in flower setting, aimed at fruiting plants for higher flowering efficiency.

The systems control up to 49 Satellite fixtures from the one Primary unit, and the integrated UV/Far Red bars are sold separately. The fact that there is no timer, contactor or relay needed makes things as easy as possible.

The user can choose from four pre-set light spectrums, all switchable on board. No additional timers or power supplies are need for UV/FR infill bars, the primary unit does it all on-board. Auto Dimming, built in LCD Display panel shows settings and outputs are also included. Controller Unit has a built-in timer control and easy to use timer knob in 6/12/14/16/18 hour intervals.

"Our approach to this lighting system has been to offer the most plant tailored LED system on the market – but to make it neat, tidy and to get rid of all the unnecessary control and power cables that come with extra features. The main benefit to growers (other than the 2.9uM efficiency in V1) is that the fixture has 4x pre-programmed spectrums suitable for vegetative and flowering cycles, meaning that you don’t need to swap fixtures or rooms between different parts of the flowering
cycle."

"UVA and Far Red infills clip onto the bars of the light and take power and control directly from the light – meaning no more messy installs and multiple timing/power cables trailing. The UVA also helps in terpene and flavonoid production, the Far Red promotes Emmerson effect for even more efficient growing."
