Maripharm Production B.V. has been declared bankrupt. On Tuesday, 18 October, the Rotterdam District Court declared bankruptcy on the Rotterdam-based grower of medicinal cannabis. The company is a grand subsidiary of Maripharm, which produces CBD. The company had its own cultivation.
This summer, the company's director died, according to the CBD producer's website.
The bankruptcy reference number is 10.rot.22.227.F.1300.1.22. Mr. M. Kooiman from Rotterdam was appointed as trustee.
