The PCN (Platform Cannabisondernemingen Nederland) will be twenty-five years old in 2022. They will celebrate this silver anniversary not only with a big party on June 24 but also with a grand symposium on the future of the cannabis industry.
This symposium will take place at the iconic Evoluon in Eindhoven, home of the PCN, on Friday, November 4. Bas van Werven, known from BNR and EenVandaag, will present four panel debates with top speakers from the Netherlands and abroad:
- Crooked and contorted: the bottlenecks of our cannabis policy
- International panel: cannabis in Canada, the USA, and Germany
- The Dutch weed experiment and the bumpy road to legalization
- The future of the cannabis industry: where to go from here?
Also on the program are the presentation of the Koos Zwart Award 2022 and the presentation of a book on 25 years of PCN, written by Derrick Bergman. A delicious lunch will be served, and afterwards there will be festive drinks.
