Germany: Cannovum Cannabis AG co-founder withdraws from operational business of Cannnovum Cannabis A

In line with long-term planning, co-founder Marius Koose is withdrawing from the operational business of Cannnovum Cannabis AG at the end of April. Koose and Pia Marten had founded the company together in 2019 and built it up since then.

In the past four years, Cannovum has taken a leading role in the German cannabis industry. Cannovum Cannabis AG became the first fully licensed German cannabis company to be listed on an exchange and counted hundreds of dispensaries among its regular customers.

With the founding of the "Cultivation Alliance for Germany," another milestone has been reached that positions Cannovum optimally for legalization.

Koose's many years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry have been crucial to the company's success.

"I am very proud of what we have achieved at Cannovum together with our team," said Marius Koose, "and absolutely confident that the company will be successful under the leadership of the management team Pia Marten and Klaus Madzia."
