MJBizCon is getting ready to receive many thousands of cannabis industry enthusiasts in just 5 days, from November 29th until December 1st. The organization is expecting over 30,000 cannabis entrepreneurs from around the world to attend this year. Now in its 12th year, the show will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center and will showcase over 1,400 exhibitors, 100 industry speakers, 50 conference sessions, and 5 pre-show forums. Here is a short overview to help you get ready for the show.

Last year, the expo floor was redesigned for the first time, divided into segmented pavilions that help visitors get to their destination faster and easier. The pavilions will be back this year:

Attend cultivation-related sessions
Thursday is cultivation day when it comes to the conference sessions. That day, 6 cultivation-related sessions will be held. From learning "Lessons from craft cannabis" to "Pathogens: How to prevent crop failure and protect your bottomline", there is much to learn when it comes to optimizing your production in a competitive market.
According to the organizers, "cultivators from large and small operations all need to be in the know about the latest and greatest when it comes to cannabis cultivation. This year at MJBizCon, we are getting our hands dirty with some of the industry’s best North American cultivators. They’ll bring the data, strategies, and operational tactics you can use to optimize your grow operations from the ground up."

Cultivation meet-ups
Last year, MJBizCon introduced ‘meet-ups’ throughout the show to offer attendees a touchpoint to connect with other attendees that have the same interest. These meet-ups will be back this year. The cultivation meet-up will be held on Thursday November 30, from 11:00am - 12:00pm at The Joint. The 'global markets meet-up' will also be on Thursday, from 2:00pm - 3:00pm at The Joint. At the same time, the 'hemp & CBD meet-up' will take place at the Elevation Lounge.
