Jay Richardson appointed to Water Ways Technologies board of directors

Mr. Jay Richardson has been appointed to Water Ways Technologies board of directors and will stand for election at the Corporation’s Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on Friday, December 29, 2023.

Mr. Nitin Kaushal has resigned from the Board to pursue other business. The Board thanks Mr. Kaushal for his invaluable leadership and contribution to the Company.

Mr. Richardson brings over 50 years of experience as a CPA/CA and over 20 years experience as Board member of multiple public listed companies, including many as an Audit Committee member and/or Chair.

Mr. Richardson is considered independent under applicable securities law. The Board remains comprised of an equal amount of independent and non-independent directors and all committees of the Board remain comprised of a majority of independent directors.
