Free introduction webinar about new Plant Empowerment training

On March 8, Plant Empowerment is holding a free 60-minute webinar to launch its new one-year online knowledge program called 'Follow a Crop Cycle'. The training itself will get underway on March 21. Growers who participate in this online year program will benefit from 24/7 online support around 4 key aspects of maintaining a well-balanced plant. Throughout the year, the participants will become increasingly skilled and confident in applying the Plant Empowerment philosophy in their own real-life situations. Interested growers are encouraged to sign up for the free kick-off webinar on March 8 to learn more about the program, get tips for the coming season, and ask questions.

Growers are increasingly aware of the Plant Empowerment principles. In commercial high-tech greenhouse facilities around the world, this unique data-driven philosophy to crop cultivation has been proven to lead to higher production and better quality. It also supports a sustainable approach by making more efficient use of valuable resources such as water, energy, and nutrients.

Many growers are keen to implement the philosophy for themselves but are unsure of what to do in practice to ensure success. To help them, the Plant Empowerment experts are launching a one-year online course program called 'Follow a Crop Cycle.'

4 practical themes
Participants will join an online community of Plant Empowerment trainers and other growers and horticulture experts from around the world. The trainers will post weekly blogs, videos, and podcasts highlighting what growers need to focus on at that time in order to make the right decisions to further optimize their crop strategy.

The weekly posts will be focused on the following 4 main themes:

  • Light and irrigation
  • Plant health
  • Climate and plant activity
  • Data

24/7 advice
Growers can submit their questions to the community 24/7 to receive personal advice from the experts and to create discussions within the community. In addition, various online training courses will be held for community members throughout the year to take a deeper dive into the specific aspects of Plant Empowerment.
