It's been a busy stretch for the cannabis industry in Texas. Recently, the DEA announced that it was planning to reschedule cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III. At the same time, Dan Patrick announced his interim charges, priorities the state legislature will take up between now and next January's legislative session. Among those charges: a potential ban on hemp-infused delta-8 and delta-9 products, which currently exist in an almost-unregulated market in Texas.
Amidst all of these changes, Texas Original continues to launch new products to cater to the needs of the state's patients.
