The current Organigram Global CEO, Ms. Beena Goldenberg, will be retiring at the conclusion of the Company's current fiscal year ending September 30, 2025. Until this date, Ms. Goldenberg will continue in her role as CEO and as a member of the Company's Board of Directors to advance Organigram's objectives, including international expansion, and to ensure an effective transition.
This announcement follows the Company's second quarter fiscal year 2025 results, which were issued on May 12, 2025, and highlight the progress that has been made in enhancing Organigram's financial performance. This includes realizing a 74% increase in net revenue year-over-year and delivering improvement across key financial metrics.
