Officials with the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority are warning people about a scam aimed at license-holders. In a post to social media, the OMMA said scammers designed the email to make it look like it came from their agency.
The email invites people to join in on a planned auction of seized medical marijuana.
OMMA officials say they have never had an auction like this and urge people not to submit any money or information to the scammers.
They ask anyone who get an email like this to report it to them.
