NL: Municipality warns against fake letters promising 'two free pre-rolled cannabis joints'

Residents affected by the cannabis trial in Hellevoetsluis were told they would receive a voucher for hotels and wellness, plus, as the cherry on top, two ready-rolled joints. The municipality of Voorne aan Zee has now stepped in with a clear warning: the letters are fake. "Do not scan the QR code," the council stressed.
