Swiss cultivator Grow Motion has has officially delivered its first medical cannabis product to pharmacies in Germany.
The news was announced by the company on LinkedIn, calling the moment "a dream becoming reality." In the post, the Grow Motion team reflects on the long road to this point. "We were laughed at. We were judged for things we never did. We were not taken seriously and had to earn every bit of respect the hard way," the company wrote.

This accomplishment comes after several years of building what Head Grower Benjamin Gutsch previously described as one of the most advanced cultivation facilities in Europe. Located in Switzerland, the site currently operates two grow rooms, each holding about 3,200 plants in a three tier vertical system. The facility reaches almost five meters in height, with lifts and catwalks allowing the team to reach the upper tiers.
The company has been growing for a year now and the team does not hide the fact that the market conditions are tough. "It is a difficult time to be a grower, as we are all experiencing high costs and low margins," Benjamin said. "You need to calculate your expenses very well. Moreover, your production needs to be at the highest possible level of quality."
The strategy appears to be paying off, with the first shipment now completed.

In their announcement, Grow Motion stressed that the milestone belongs to their community as well. The company has built a following by opening its doors during development, organizing visitor days, and showing the reality of day to day cultivation. "We had nothing to hide," the team wrote. "We helped shape this industry and proved that authenticity, transparency, and unity make the difference."
