Workers at The Herbal Gardens have officially voted to join UFCW Local 367, Washington's original Cannabis Union.
The workers came together to gain stability, security, and a real voice on the job in an industry facing constant change. By unionizing, they now have the power to negotiate over wages, benefits, scheduling, and working conditions.
"This was about protecting ourselves and having a real say at work," one worker shared. "We want stability and respect for the work we do."
With the election complete, workers will begin negotiating their first union contract.
