Red White & Bloom Brands has appointed Mr. Michael Di Brina as a director of the Company. Mr. Di Brina is a Canadian entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community leader whose career spans more than thirty-five years in the financial services and business sectors.

Effective January 12, 2026, Michael Marchese, a founding director of RWB, has tendered his resignation from the Company's Board of Directors to pursue other business interests.
