US (OK): ReLeaf Medical Dispensary operations suspended under order of OMMA

The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) has issued an emergency order to suspend the operations of ReLeaf Medical Dispensary LLC (DAAA-JOHO-JlDU), effective immediately. The action follows a routine inspection revealing state regulatory violations posing a threat to public health and safety.

During a site visit on Feb. 3, 2026, OMMA compliance inspectors discovered inventory discrepancies when comparing on-site medical marijuana products to records in the state inventory tracking system.

All OMMA-licensed businesses are mandated by law to utilize the state inventory tracking system to track the marijuana they grow, process and/or sell. This ensures that all marijuana is traceable in the regulated marketplace from the time it is planted to the time it is sold in a dispensary.

All marijuana products on the premises have been placed under administrative embargo. ReLeaf Medical Dispensary LLC is prohibited from purchasing, transporting or selling any medical marijuana products while the suspension is in effect.

OMMA will continue to take decisive action against illegal activity to ensure licensees operate in compliance with the law. As this and other investigations continue, OMMA pledges to keep the public informed of developments.
