P.L. Light Systems has announced the hiring of Matt Sauls as Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern United States. In this role, Sauls will support greenhouse and controlled environment agriculture growers across the region, strengthening relationships and providing technical sales support for the company's horticultural lighting solutions.
Based in the Eastern U.S., Sauls brings more than a decade of horticulture experience, including five years focused on greenhouse and farm technology sales. He has worked with operations ranging from small independent growers to large commercial facilities, managing accounts nationwide and supporting greenhouse equipment and systems sales. His background also includes involvement in the design and construction of large-scale greenhouse projects, giving him a practical understanding of the challenges growers face.

Before moving into sales, Sauls gained hands-on experience in cultivation and research. His work has included cultivation support, post-harvest operations, and research and development. He has also worked directly with P.L. Light Systems luminaires, installing and evaluating fixtures in a research facility, which gives him firsthand knowledge of the company's technology in real-world growing environments.
