The property includes a 10-year use permit and approval for 43,560 square feet of licensed cultivation, with a total approved growing area of 78,550 square feet, according to the listing. Infrastructure described in the posting includes a well, a security gate, water storage tanks, parking and a 30-by-75-foot barn.
Photographs show grow houses and outdoor planters. Lux Places realtor Forest Nikola Elie promoted the listing on social media.
"Grow Big. Live Close. Profit Fast!," he wrote in a post in a local Facebook group. "Whether you're expanding your operation or looking for a private, income-producing homestead, this property is ready to perform."
