"We wanted something that expressed who we are and wanted to be," the Arbor House Collective team says. Their Omnino brand is about to hit the market, and the company has opened the doors to its facility to show what is unique about the way they grow cannabis.
The buildout leaned heavily on BIOS Lighting. "They kind of hit us with a really good deal to expand the rest of our facility and lighting," the team explains. "I really have no complaints with the results." One strain in particular has tested between 30% and 31% THC under the new lights, they say.
Operating all together
Every piece of hardware is rated IP66, waterproof, and built for the grow environment. "We have rapid rack mounting to integrate with Pipp Racking. Makes mounting very, very quick, very easy on the install. All cabling is daisy chainable, from AC power to dimming. With the rapid rack, these mount as easy as can be."

They've got a mix of veg and flower models across the space, all integrated with Growlink for environmental and light control. "Every harvest we've gotten out of all the flower rooms since we built them have just been unbelievable. I'm shocked at the amount of heat they produce. For the amount of lights we have in this room, you think it'd be really hard on the HVAC, but BIOS lights and drives do a good job dispersing the heat."
DLI targeting
The team walks through their PPFD strategy in flower. "We start at about 700 PPFD, and then we work our way up. Peak will hit anywhere from 1000 to 12–1300, and then we ease it back down for like week 7 through 9. We try to end around 900. We don't want to go too low 'cause then you'll affect your cannabinoid production. We like to ease it off a little bit 'cause it can get pretty intense."

Arbor Collective plans to launch about three brands overall, with Omnino being the first to hit the market. Plans, however, will involve more than that. "We'd like to do solventless extraction, as well as hydrocarbon extraction and build out the rest of the grow and bring on as many strains as possible."
