From 9 March onward, Siger Spaans will join Koppert as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Siger brings broad international experience in financial leadership across retail and consumer-focused businesses. He held several senior finance roles within Ahold Delhaize and most recently served as CFO of the Borealis Hotel Group.
With over 25 years of experience in financial management and transformation, Siger has a strong track record in driving financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth. His background in complex, international environments will support Koppert in its next phase of development.
