Jushi Holdings reaches first settlement in hemp product lawsuit

Jushi Holdings has announced that three of its subsidiary companies — Agape Total Health Care, Franklin Bioscience – Penn LLC, and Franklin Bioscience — have reached a settlement agreement with Revelry Supply. The agreement, which took effect on February 11, 2026, resolves a legal dispute between the two parties.

The lawsuit, filed in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, was part of a wider legal action that Jushi's subsidiaries took against several businesses. At the heart of the case is the sale of unregulated hemp-derived THC products — a type of cannabis product — in Pennsylvania.

Jushi believes that certain wholesalers and retailers are selling illegal marijuana products while labeling them as "hemp" in order to avoid regulation. The company argues that this practice harms the legal cannabis market in several ways: it gives unlicensed sellers an unfair financial advantage, places a heavier regulatory burden on businesses that are operating legally, poses risks to public health, and undermines Pennsylvania's regulated medical marijuana system.

The settlement with Revelry Supply is the first to be resolved as part of this broader legal action.

"We initiated this litigation to help protect the integrity of state regulated cannabis markets and, most importantly, to support public health and safety by addressing the proliferation of under-regulated intoxicating products being sold across the US," said Trent Woloveck, Chief Strategy Director of Jushi. "We believe consumers deserve transparency, product testing, and regulatory accountability. We will continue to shine the light on the bad actors in "hemp". This first settlement marks an important step in that effort, and we remain committed to advocating for a fair, well-regulated marketplace that protects patients, consumers, and stakeholders."
