Canadian grower receives positive report on first EU-GMP inspection

Blissco Cannabis Corp  has received a positive initial European Union Good Manufacturing Practices (“EU GMP”) report from the German Health Authority that recently completed its four-day inspection of the Blissco facility.

Currently the only company with a EU GMP certification is Dutch Bedrocan growing company. If achieved, Blissco would be the first Canadian company with this certification, a necessary step to market their product in Europe.

“Receiving our initial GMP Inspection Report from the German Health Authority represents a crucial stage in earning our GMP certification,” says Damian Kettlewell, Blissco CEO. “Our GMP certification will allow us to obtain the necessary permits and complete our first export to the rapidly growing medical cannabis sector in Germany via our distribution partner Pharmadrug Production GmbH.”
