"Rolling container with integrated ventilation system creates perfect conditions"

A rolling container for medical crops, making sure that crops grow in the most optimal climatic circumstances and can be integrated into a fully automated logistical cultivation system that moves the plants through zones with different growing circumstances. That innovation by Bosman Van Zaal was nominated for the GreenTech Innovation Concept Award. 

The GreenTech exhibitors submitted 50 innovations for the GreenTech Innovation Awards 2019. The winners will be announced during the official opening of GreenTech on Tuesday 11 June 2019. An expert jury selected 18 nominees from all entries in four categories namely ‘Innovation’, ‘Sustainability’, ‘Impact’ and ‘Concept’. With special attention for the medical cannabis industry on this years event, a nomination for a MMJ novelty is in place.

Rolling Container
The rolling container by Bosman Van Zaal is specifically designed for medical crops with strict quality requirements, such as medical cannabis and plants for vaccine production. "For the production on hydroponics bases of crops destined for medicines, the quality of the source material is literally of vital importance thus perfect growing and processing conditions are paramount", the company explains. 

"Our container is suited to hydroponically grow plants with different sizes. The integrated ventilation system is especially unique, ensuring a good and constant air circulation that creates perfect growing conditions for the crop and hinders the development of fungi and diseases." 

The rolling container can be integrated into a fully automated logistical cultivation system that moves the plants through zones with different growing circumstances.

"Our rolling container is currently being implemented in large medical cannabis facilities in North America and proves to be very successful", the team with Bosman Van Zaal shares.
