Pro manager mastercourse medicinal cannabis

Connecting the best of two worlds

Medicinal cannabis is being legalised in many countries around the globe. Investments are sky-rocketing and multinationals are pouring in. Is it a matter of upscaling what has happened ‘underground’ for decades? Or is it fair to say that a complete new sub-sector has been added to the world of horticulture? Whatever it might be, it is time for both worlds, the international medicinal cannabis producers and the leaders of Dutch horticulture, to team up!

Jungle Talks has organized Mastercourses for international horticultural managers since 2014. Pro Manager Mastercourses have been organised for the subsectors Floriculture and Vegetables. These intensive, two-week courses have connected peers from around the globe and have created new and flourishing relationships between participants and the Dutch companies to be visited.

Each of these Dutch companies will be represented by a member of its board of directors and a specialist. This enables us to combine vision with substance. Where does the industry stand now and where will we be some 5 – 10 years from now?

After two busy weeks, participants from Africa, Europe, North America and Australia will go back home on Saturday, the 15th of June with their pockets full of business cards of leading CEOs and moreover, a bunch of new friends from around the globe!

The following companies will get the floor for a morning or afternoon full of inspiration: Havecon, Grodan, Hortilux Schreder, Koppert Biological Systems, Ridder Group, Codema, Meteor Systems, Royal Brinkman, Wageningen University, Klasmann-Deilmann, Yeald, Canna, Keygene, Mprise, and Viscon. Besides, we will visit and meet with Duijvestijn Tomatoes, World Horti Center, GreenTech, Holstein Flowers, Tomatoworld, Ter Laak Orchids, PATS Drones, Micothon, MJ Biz Daily and more.
