The Cannabis Control Commission is giving a Pittsfield marijuana grower a second chance.
The commission in April denied Mass Yield Cultivation a provisional license because of concerns about the company’s positive impact plan, which is its proposal for helping communities disproportionately affected by marijuana enforcement.
Commissioners said at the time that the proposed plan was vague and did not adhere to state guidelines.
The company has since submitted a new positive impact plan.
